As I recently posted on the 7.x-2.x branch of the Omega theme, there have been a lot of changes recently to the core of Omega, and how it interacts with the Drupal theme layer.
The Gamma theme was included in the 7.x-1.x branch of Omega, but for the 2.x branch, Gamma has gained a life of its own...

Development Geeks recently relaunched himerus.com on Drupal 7. The launched happened before Drupal 7 was to a beta stage even, making updates to beta and then stable tricky at best.
